Task inbox with claim, complete, and reassign actions

Overview
The Tasks components provide interactive controls for managing human tasks within workflow executions. ClaimTaskButton allows users to claim unassigned tasks. TaskCommentForm provides a textarea for adding comments to tasks. TaskInboxActions renders filter controls for task inbox views with status, priority, and overdue filters. TaskRowActions provides a context menu for individual task rows with status-aware actions (claim, complete, reject, reassign, escalate).
