Bring the idea. We build the product.
Leanicon builds AI products — our own, and our clients'. Not an agency. Not a retainer. Scoped to outcomes and priced per delivery, never per hour.
A studio that ships AI products.
We are not a supplier of hours and we are not an agency with a rate card. We run our own AI products end to end, and we build our clients' with the same team, the same methodology and the same bar — if it ships under our name or yours, it ships finished.
- We build and launch our own AI products.
- We build our clients' products for a price per delivery — never by the hour.
- If we wouldn't ship it under our own name, we don't build it.
The gap between AI that talks and AI that does the work.
MosenAI lets a company put its own AI agents to work: assistants that know its documents, answer from them with sources, and then carry out the task the answer implies. A chatbot talks; a MosenAI agent talks and does.
What we pay attention to.
Iconic products are not the result of more effort. They are the result of a shorter list of things done without compromise. This is the list.
Taste, applied early
Most products are decided in the first two weeks. We spend them subtracting — fewer screens, fewer concepts, fewer words. What survives is what the product actually is.
The domain before the database
We model the business in plain language before anyone opens an editor. A product that cannot be explained in a sentence cannot be built in a quarter.
A spec you can disagree with
Ambiguity is the most expensive thing in software. We write down what "done" means while it is still cheap to argue about it.
Velocity without debris
Agents do the implementation, humans do the architecture and the review. Speed only counts if what it leaves behind is worth maintaining.
Distribution from day one
A product nobody can find is a hobby. Positioning, landing surface and first channel are part of the build, not a phase bolted on after it.
Numbers that survive contact
What it costs to serve a user, what a user is worth, and how long the gap takes to close. We answer those before launch, not after.
How a product gets built.
Four stages. Every Leanicon product goes through the same ones, whether it is ours or yours.
Studio. Not agency. Not accelerator.
Three models get confused constantly. Here is the difference that matters to you.
| Feature | Agency | Accelerator | Leanicon | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| What they sell | Hours and deliverables | Capital and a network | A shipped product | |
| Who builds it | A team assigned to you | You do | The people who build our own | |
| How they charge | By the hour | Equity, early | Per delivery, agreed upfront | |
| What you keep | The code | The advice | The product, the stack and the way it was built | |
| When it ends | When the invoice clears | On demo day | When the product runs without us |
Follow what we're building.
One email a month from inside the studio: what we shipped, what we killed, and what it taught us.
- Progress from MosenAI and the products after it
- The decisions and patterns behind each build
- Written by the people doing the work
