The products we're building.
A Leanicon product is either ours, launched under our own name, or a client's, built end to end by the same team. What you see here is everything we can show — a methodology is only worth something if it ships products.
The portfolio.
MosenAI4Priority sectorsMosenAI lets a company put its own AI agents to work: assistants that know its documents, answer from them with sources, and then carry out the task the answer implies. A chatbot talks; a MosenAI agent talks and does.
Artificial Intelligence
What we agree to build.
We say no to most ideas, including our own. These are the filters every product has to pass first — whether it is ours or a client's.
AI-native, not AI-flavoured
The intelligence has to be the product, not a feature bolted to the side of one. If it works just as well without the model, it is not a product for us.
A domain worth learning
We build where the rules are real and specific. Vague markets produce vague products, and vague products are never remembered.
A wedge, not a platform
One user, one job, done unreasonably well. A platform is what a wedge grows into — never what it starts as.
An owner who decides
On client builds: someone who owns the market, answers quickly and decides. We supply the building. We never supply the conviction.
Economics that can work
Cost to serve, willingness to pay, and a believable path between them — established before the first line of code, not discovered after launch.
A reason it is now
Something changed: a model, a cost curve, a regulation. If nothing changed, the idea has already been tried by someone with more runway.
How a build starts.
Every product here started the same way: a conversation, a written thesis, and a first release small enough to be wrong about. We build our own exactly the way we build for clients — which is why none of these steps are negotiable.
- A conversation. No deck required.
- A written thesis — yours to keep either way.
- A first release in weeks, built on our stack.
- You own the product. Always.
Have a product that should exist?
We're always talking to people who know their market and want the product built properly.
