Three ways to build with us.
We price on delivery, not on time. Pick the shape that matches where your idea stands — a written thesis, a team that builds alongside yours, or a product we build for you end to end.
How it goes.
Thesis and scope
We write down what we believe about the idea: the user, the wedge, the assumptions that would kill it, and the smallest first release worth building. Yours to keep, whether or not we continue.
Build
We build on our own stack, against the spec, with agents implementing and senior people architecting and reviewing. First usable release in weeks.
Launch and own
The product ships with its positioning. You own the product, the code and the decisions. We stay as long as we are useful and not a day past it.
Three models. Pick the shape.
Most conversations start with a diagnosis and move up from there. Nothing here is billed by the hour.
Product Build
You have a market and a conviction. We have a studio that ships AI products. We take the idea from thesis to launched product — architecture, build, interface, positioning — for a price agreed on the delivery, not on the hours it takes. You own everything.
- A senior team: product, design, engineering
- Thesis to launched product, end to end
- Priced on what we deliver, not on the hours it takes
- You own the product, the code and the IP
- We stay through launch and the first iterations
Embedded Build Team
You already have a team and it is not moving fast enough. We embed and build alongside it — shipping real product, not running workshops — and we leave the way we build behind us. Your team owns the work from the first day and keeps owning it after we go.
- We ship product alongside your team, not slides
- Domain model and specs installed on your product
- An architecture and review rhythm your leads keep running
- Our stack and agent setup, configured on your codebase
- Playbooks that outlive the engagement
Product Diagnosis
The cheapest way to find out whether an idea should exist. We pressure-test it the way we pressure-test our own — the user, the wedge, the economics, the assumptions that would kill it — and say what the first release should be. You get it in writing. Most partnerships start here.
- Working sessions with the people who own the idea
- A written thesis: wedge, risks, and a first release
- The economics, stated plainly
- A build plan you could hand to anyone
- Including "do not build this", if that is the answer

What we won't do.
We're opinionated. That means we say no a lot — including to work we could easily take.
No staff augmentation
We work as a team with a point of view, not as freelancers slotted into your org chart.
No hourly billing
We scope to outcomes. If it takes us longer, that's our problem.
No AI strategy decks
Everything we deliver is buildable or already built.
No projects we wouldn't build for ourselves
If we wouldn't put our own name behind it, taking your money would be dishonest.
