Credential management with rotation and revocation

Overview
The Credentials components provide interactive controls for managing workflow credentials (API keys, tokens, secrets). CredentialListActions renders toolbar buttons for creating credentials and performing bulk operations (revoke, delete). CredentialRowActions provides a context menu for individual credential rows with status-aware actions (edit, rotate, revoke, delete). RevokeCredentialDialog confirms credential revocation with an optional impact warning. RotateCredentialDialog confirms credential rotation. CredentialStatusBadge shows the credential lifecycle state (active, revoked, expired).
