Execution list actions, start, and cancel dialogs

Overview
The Executions components provide interactive controls for managing workflow execution instances. ExecutionListActions renders toolbar buttons for starting new executions and performing bulk cancellations. ExecutionRowActions provides a context menu for individual execution rows with status-aware actions (pause, resume, cancel). StartExecutionDialog handles starting a new execution with optional input data. CancelExecutionDialog confirms execution cancellation.
